Be looking for special postcards inviting your response to 9/11 - in words or images - at many places in the community  - the Library, the Patty Turner Center, the Village Hall and elsewhere -  and at all One Book, One Zip Code events.  We'll collect the cards (you can drop them off at the Library or mail them), scan them, print and create a book which will be included in the collection.  We hope that everyone will take the opportunity to reflect and respond on the events of that day and aftermath.  Part of One Book, One Zip Code, a community-wide reading program for teens and adults in Deerfield, Bannockburn and Riverwoods.
