DC Sarnies Beer Pairing Dinner - Wed. Dec. 5th
Deerfield, IL - November 25, 2012 – DC Sarnies restaurant has joined forces with Lagunitas Brewing Co. to host a special four-course pairing dinner Wednesday December 5th.
Exclusive dishes as well as everyday favorites from DC Sarnies upscale-casual menu are being craftily paired with Lagunitas Brewing Co. brews that compliment and enhance the flavor of each course. Upon serving, each respective pairing will be presented and explained by DC Sarnies Head Chef Keith Butts.
“We have a true love of beer at DC Sarnies,” explains Chef Keith. “So when we reached out to our friends at Lagunitas Brewery out in Petaluma [California], they were as excited about it as we were. What better way to combine many people’s love of great food and great beer than a pairing event?”
The cost per person is a modest $42.00, which includes a reception and four-course dinner with five different Lagunitas Brewing Co. pairings. The reception for the Beer Pairing Dinner begins at 7:00pm while the meal gets underway around 7:30pm.
