The Lake County Underage Drinking and Drug Prevention Task Force frequently uses trained young adults to attempt to buy alcohol without being of legal age.
"Unless you clearly look like you're over 40 we're going to card you," Peter Schwarzbach, owner of Wine Discount Center in Highland Park, told TribLocal.
