Patch Reviews the Year in Deerfield

A lot has happened in 2011 in Deerfield and Patch will be reviewing the highlights this week with a series of articles counting down the 10 most popular stories each day through Saturday. 

No. 10. An intruder broke into a house on the 1100 block of Elmwood in Deerfield at 4 p.m. June 29 and attacked the female owner when she arrived home. The victim fled to a neighbors and sustained minor injuries. 

According to Deerfield police the attacker was not apprehended. Read the complete story here.
