The Patty Turner Center is delighted to present a brand new series of horticulture workshops exclusively partnered with Glencoe’s Chicago Botanic Garden (CBG), coming this fall. “Fall Harvest Wreaths,” A Gardening for Life Enrichment Horticulture Workshop takes place on Wednesday, September 19. Center Manager David Shamrock says, “Join Chicago Botanic Garden Horticulture Therapist Clare Johnson as she leads and instructs participants in creating beautiful fall harvest wreaths. All participants will be given the tools and materials to create a unique and decorative wreath –simply perfect for the season!”

This Fall Harvest Wreath Workshop will run from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the Patty Turner Center, 375 Elm, Deerfield. Class size is limited to 15 participants and pre-registration is required. The registration deadline is September 14.... more info
