Fatigue (Get a pick-me-up):

I have read a lot of articles suggesting pregnant or breast feeding women should avoid coffee. Also, people with acid reflex like myself should never drink coffee on empty stomach and limit coffee intake to 1 cup in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I hurt my stomach, liver and spleen by drinking 2 cups of coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
