6th Annual Walk To Remember and Run For Hope

Willow House would like to invite the community to participate in the 6th Annual Walk to Remember and Run For Hope on Sunday, August 24, 2014. The event will take place at Independence Grove Forest Preserve in Libertyville, IL. The 5K Run begins at 9:00 a.m. and the 1-Mile Walk begins at 10:00 a.m. with awards immediately following. Registration and donations can be made at www.willowhouse.org or onsite beginning at 8:00 a.m. the day of the event. 

From now until July 21st, register for an Early Bird Discount.
5K Run = $20 (regularly $25)
1-Mile Walk = $15 (regularly $20)
Both Run / Walk = $30 (regularly $35)
Children 12 & Under = $10

Willow House is a non-profit organization that provides support to children, teens, families, and communities who are coping with grief and death. The Walk To Remember and Run For Hope allows families and friends to come together to honor and remember their loved ones.

The 6th Annual Walk To Remember and Run For Hope is certified with the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) and timing will be provided by Race Time. Sponsors include the Chicago Wolves, Kenall Lighting, the Ryan Briere Foundation, and Detour Graphic Design and New Media.
