Deerfield Twins Go from Reality Show to Radio

Liz and Marie Canavan, 25-year-old identical twins from Deerfield, didn't win CBS's 'Amazing Race' reality show, but they're now getting silly on a popular late-night radio/TV show.

You watched them globe-trek on Season 19 of CBS's "Amazing Race," now Liz and Marie Canavan have an exciting new gig on "The Artie Lange Show," which is broadcast on the radio and television.

The identical twins, who graduated from Deerfield High School in 2006, now live in New York City, where the show is taped, reported the Chicago Tribune, and it all began with them just calling into Lange's show one night.

Now the twins area part of the show as "Twinsanity," and they're doing everything from celebrity interviews to comedy skits to screening calls, according to the Tribune.
