Bet you didn't know this place was on the market.
Feast your eyes on this home that used to be owned by "Bozo the Clown." According to REDFIN.com the four bedroom single family home was once occupied by the previous WGN star Robert Bell.
Now the website says the residence at 840 Brand Lane is back on the market for $699,000. Apparently the local builder is in the process of restoring the historic Deerfield home and wants input from its new owners.
The 3,170 sq. ft. residence sits on a .75 acre piece of property and includes 2.5 bathrooms plus a three car garage.
