Deerfield Artist Shines at Highland Park Festival

Deerfield artist James Wilbat was one of more than 250 artists who greeted large crowds at the 25th Port Clinton Art Festival today in Highland Park.

The festival continues through 6 p.m. today and runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
