Deerfield’s Stained Glass Coffeehouse Closing

The concert space inside the Congregational Church has been hosting musicians for eight years.

The eight-year-old Stained Glass Coffeehouse, located in the Congregational Church in Deerfield, is closing next month, according to a post on the concert venue's Facebook page.

The coffeehouse’s founder, senior pastor Blair Hull, is moving to California, and with her goes the knowledge and drive to run the intimate concert venue, according to an article in TribLocal. She has been at the church for 19 years.

Hull started the coffeehouse after hearing a band in a church during a trip to Ireland and deciding that she could replicate that in Deerfield, the TribLocal article says.
