Dear Franks Makes Hall of Fame

Long time Deerfield eatery honored for its contribution to community and longevity.

Dear Franks, a staple of downtown Deerfield for more than 35 years, was inducted into the Vienna Beef Hall of Fame today at the restaurant both for its commitment to the community and its longevity.

The award went to current owner Chuck Rayyan and his sons, Jerry and Bobby, who have operated the eatery for the last 13 years. Chuck Rayyan believes customer service and quality product are the keys to his success.
