Olive Tap, a specialty gourmet market and Highland Park’s newest business opened its doors Sunday and plans to be an active participant in the City’s holiday shopping season, according to franchise owner Tammy Antenore.
In addition to its array of olive oils and vinegars, Olive Tap will offer dips, sauces, tapenades and more. “Come in and taste because everyone has different tastes,” Antenore said. Sipping is also offered.
The store will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. “It will be more for the holidays,” Antenore said. “If people need me I’m not leaving.”
