Grandparents Invited to Attend Program at DHS

Grandparents Invited to Attend Grandparent Program at Deerfield High School

On Wednesday, October 26th, grandparents who have a freshman student enrolled at Deerfield High School are invited to attend an orientation program.

The meeting will take place at Deerfield High School, 1959 Waukegan Road, in room E114. It begins at 4:00 p.m. and will end at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the session is to encourage grandparents to engage in the lives of their freshman grandchildren utilizing some information they learned about DHS and the freshman year.

Grandparents who attend will meet the principal, Audris Griffith, and will learn about the challenges and opportunities that freshman encounter as they start high school. Grandparents who plan to attend should RSVP to Judi Luepke by phone at 224-632-3261 or by email at jluepke@dist113.org
