Congressman Dold should not resign!

Why congressman Dold deserves our votes.

Congressman Robert J. Dold, Il 10th District should not resign his position even though he clearly violates the Code of Ethics for US Government Service addopted July 11, 1958 because:

1- It is an old code. Mr. Dold could not be expected to remember all the stupid codes passed by useless generation in 1958.

2- The Code's #2 requiremen states, wrongfully, that an US Government employee should "Uphold the Constitution, laws, and legal regulations of the United States and of all governments therein and never be a party to their evasion." While Mr. Dold is accussed of breaking the Federal Labor Standards Act and the Illinois Labot Act, just because he is sued and thus, accussed, of something it means nothing. We need a judge rulling so until then, Mr. Robert J. Dold is pure like the white snow, or beter.

3- Code's #4 requirement urges US Government employees to "seek to find and employ more efficient and economical ways of getting tasks accomplished." Congressman Dold fully complies with this point as all could see below in the case where Mr. Dold did not pay his debt until forced by a judge but it was an efficient scheme as he only paid 2 quarters per dollar. Sure, now we have a judge teling us Mr. Dold was wrong but we should not jump to conclusion but rather wait to see if the law changes and someone could not pay his debt without fear of being sued, like Mr. Dold's company, Rose Pest Solutions was in this case. Take a look at the case below but please, ignore it as it is not of relevance of Mr. Dold's character:

4- That stupid Code of Ethics states, in point #7 that someone working for US Government should not "engage in no business with the Government, either directly or indirectly." While Rose Pest Solutions, Dold's company, has a contract with City of Chicago for O'hare Airport, that should not be seen as a violation of the stupid Code of Ethics because in 1958 the O'Hare Airport was not as big as it is today.

5- Congressman Dold should be re-elected and hopefully this unfair, putrefact Code of Ethics finally abolished. Please join me in voting for Robert J. Dold to represent the 10th District to the best of his morality.
