Gasoline Prices Drop in Deerfield

Moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the dip in prices, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Gas prices are finally going down for Deerfield drivers.

The average price of gasoline in the Chicago suburbs has dropped by 9 cents in the past week to $3.91 per gallon, the Chicago Tribune reports. The newspaper says moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the drop in price.

As of Monday afternoon, the following gas stations have the lowest prices in Deerfield, according to GasBuddy.com:

  • $3.84/Shell, 2 Waukegan Road and Lake-Cook Road or 655 Waukegan Road and Longfellow Avenue

  • $3.85/Shell, 1301 Half Day Road and Waukegan Road
