Adult Cooking Class with Yvonne Maffei

Learn how to select and prepare the best cuts of lamb for braising, roasting, and making stews.  We'll also demonstrate how to make a one-pot Italian Lamb Stew with simple techniques and easy-to-find ingredients that will send you home with the skills necessary to make the same dish and share with family and friends.

This class will be held in our culinary classroom.  Cost is $8 per person.
