You don’t have to be a high-energy kid to love this humorous, tender story of Max, the lovable energetic pup. “Max Relax!” is a rhyming story about a young dog who learns to channel his boundless energy through the love of music, but not before he encounters his first adventure.
A WORD FROM THE AUTHOR....
“Max Relax” is a story about a day in the life of a young dog that has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. The only reference to Max’s disorder is in the mneumonic nature of the sub title A Dog’s Happy Day). “Max Relax!” was written to inspire parents and educators to find ways to channel their active child's energy and enthusiasm so as not to stifle his or her creative, imaginative and loving spirit.
