Festival of Pianos 20th Anniversary

Northbrook Court is hosting the 20th annual performance of the Northwest Suburban Music Teachers Association (NWSMTA) students, teachers and conductors. This two-day event takes place on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the lower level near Lord & Taylor. 

Students learn their parts during the summer or early fall, and then attend a dress rehearsal on Saturday, September 28, the day before their big performance. Six sets of two performers will play simultaneously on Steinway grand pianos. 400 pianists will perform more than 10 performance pieces throughout the day.

In honor of the 20th anniversary, Northbrook Court will offer exclusive giveaways from retailers including kate spade new york, Crate & Barrel, S.a. Elite Sports Authority and more! Attendees will also receive limited retail offers and sample delicious treats from a variety of restaurants.
