Stanley Ackerman Concert @ Congregation BJBE in Deerfield

Bring your family to a SPECTACULAR CONCERT on Sunday, October 20th at 3:00 PM at Congregation BJBE in memory of our congregant Stanley Ackerman, who was a beloved teacher and talented musician.  Enjoy classical, jazz, brass, and vocal performances featuring the Silver Strings Ensemble, Illinois Brass Band Sextet with special guest Jacob Taitel, our BJBE Multi-Generation Choir conducted by Shawna Rosen with solos by Cantor Jennifer Frost and Cantor Ross Wolman and violinist Martin Lopez and his award winning group of young violinists 4 Strings Attached. The concert will be followed by a wine, cheese, and dessert reception. The program is sponsored by the Ackerman family and Chicago Jewish Funerals. Contributions of $10 per person to the Congregation BJBE Zena, Clara and Maurice Singer Memorial Choir Fund in memory of Stanley M.
