With Memorial Day coming thoughts turn to grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. What restaurant in Deerfield serves up your favorite burger?

The best burger in town is a personal choice in this latest edition of the Patch Readers’ Choice series we want to know what makes your favorite special. Please vote for your pick in the poll below but there is more you can do to make your favorite the Readers’ Choice winner.

Patch expects the voting and contest to be close so once you vote, click on the listing of your choice and write a review. Then, return to the comments section of this story and write the most mouth watering description of your favorite burger. In the case of a tie, that determines the winner.

If you feel a choice has been left out, please let us know and we will add it. The sooner you do, the better that suggestion’s opportunity of winning.

Now that Mother's Day is over, can we refer back [insert hyperlink] to the post that listed out the Top Places to take Mom for Brunch. I want to meet the person who dragged the matriach of their family to Bagel Bin.

No McDonald's? I'd like to see which restaurant sells the most hamburgers. That might be a better poll on which is the personal choice in the area. I don't have the data but I'd be willing to bet that the McDonald's in Deerfield sells more burgers than all the restaurants listed here combined.

The Townhouse Burger and Asian Turkey Burger are 2 of my faves at Townhouse, although everything I've tried on their new menu has been delicious.

If it has turkey in it, it's a turkey sandwich. A burger is made with beef.
