Kids Against Animal Cruelty (KAAC) selected Max A Pooch  as the mascot of that organization.

Lou Wegner, http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3704446/bio actor and founder of KAAC says of the organization, " Millions of animals are euthanized yearly in US animal shelters. Our mission is to spread the word to adopt from shelters, spay/neuter, and to please be pet responsible. We also are working to end the gassing of animals in shelters in all 50 states. These are the same issues Max A Pooch advocates."

Kids Against Animal Cruelty" is a wonderful educational foundation that provides a positive experience for kids who want to help animals. Their work matches what we are doing with Max A Pooch. It is also proof of the growing support and recognition that is occuring for this Deerfield pooch that is fast becoming the most recognized dog on the Internet. The dog earned the sponsorship of Pet Life Radio  for  the 2013 Hero Dog Awards Emerging Hero Dog Category http://www.herodogawards.org/vote?nominee=94367323. Voters may vote daily if they desire.

Max A Pooch also makes appearances for Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO) where he awes his audiences with his recycling ways.

Max A Pooch's "can do, positive attitude" will be an inspiration to members of KAAC members and supporters.  Each time Max A Pooch appears anywhere he is a living example of the thousands of wonderful dogs that are waiting for adoption. I hope his association with KAAC will provide a synergy in communicating this message."
