You're Invited: Children's Hanukkah Celebration on Sunday, November 24

Kol Hadash invites everyone to a family-friendly Hanukkah celebration and luncheon on Sunday, November 24 from 11 am to 12:30 pm at Deerfield High School in Deerfield, IL. You'll enjoy latkes, laughs and lights as we celebrate Hanukkah before Thanksgiving (that quirky Jewish calendar!). Guests are very encouraged to join us for the celebration!

Kol Hadash is a welcoming, thinking community of humanists who celebrate Jewish traditions together with open minds and hearts. Kol Hadash has created a year-long calendar of family-friendly events to celebrate Jewish holidays. Dress is casual and all children, parents and grandparents are welcome to attend.

Each family should bring a side dish, salad or dessert to serve 10-12, and their own family menora (candles will be provided). Because of some students’ severe food allergies, no food may contain peanuts, tree nuts of any kind or sesame seeds.
