I unfortunately have Clear as my internet provider. When I call for technical support I always get someone in India, Philippines, etc. Most times I cannot understand them but today was unique. The rep asking me what State I was in I answered Illinois and he proceeded to tell me that the State of Texas is in Illinois. I tried and tried to tell him no but guess what I lost. We should not do business with any company who takes jobs from Americans/family. I for one will now never do business with a company who outsouces because I still think the State of Texas IS NOT in Illinois.
