lake cook road sidewalks

has anybody noticed the safety issue being created on lake cook road for commuters walking to  UL and Walgreen's from the lake cook metra they have to walk in the roadway snow is at least 2 feet deep by now on the sidewalk. why doesn't Deerfield clean the side walks. Along Dundee road threw buffalo grove and wheeling you can tell they have a machine clean the side walks. Glenview and Northbrook clean most sidewalks. why cant Deerfield step up and get this taken care of before something tragic happens
