A Glencoe Nails employee reported that there was a chipmunk in the store. Officers were able to remove the chipmunk.
A 51-year-old woman was arrested for throwing tomato sauce on the windows and doors of a Highland Park home.
A 65-year-old Lake Bluff man was charged with disorderly conduct after police said another driver alleged that the man spit on him during a dispute. The Lake Bluff man denied spitting, but told police he approached the other driver’s window at a red light to yell at him and call him a chicken.
Police responded to a report of a man lying in the grass at 5:02 p.m. in Lake Bluff. He told police he was on his way to Dolton and had stopped to rest. Police took him to the Lake Bluff Train Depot, from which he took a train to Chicago.
