At a hearing Tuesday in Cook County Criminal Court, Judge Matthew Coghlan ruled Kuzniar unfit to stand trial, according to a Chicago Tribune story. That generally means she is unable to understand or participate in the court proceedings.

After earlier attempts to talk to talk to Pfleger and interrupt services and other events at St. Sabina, the priest got a restraining order.
