Bannockburn Police Blotter: Trailer Missing From Construction Site, Driver Stopped for DUI

Lizabeth Huiccochea, 30, of Highwood was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence, according to Bannockburn Police reports.
Police observed Huiccochea driving westbound on Half Day Road at the intersection of Waukegan Road. She drifted in between lanes almost striking the last construction barrel, according to the report. The officer continued to follow Huiccochea past Interstate 294 as her lane drifting continued.

After police stopped Huiccochea, she failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of .14 during a field test, according to the report. She also had a blood alcohol level of .13 when later tested at the Deerfield Police station. She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in Lake County Criminal Court at 9 a.m. August 8.

A trailer was reported missing from a construction site on Telegraph Road on Wednesday, according to Bannockburn Police reports.
An employee of the construction company told police the trailer was missing from the site Wednesday. It was last seen there at noon on July 10.
