After learning of the situation, Deerfield police officers developed a plan and gained access to $150 in currency to implement it, according to the report. Upon arriving at the Red Roof Inn, the officer again called the number and was told to go to Room 201 where the officer met Zhao. She was dressed in red lingerie and “did not appear to be wearing underwear.”
