Missing License Plate Leads to Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bannockburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Phaelann Mackey, 26, of Waukegan was arrested Sept. 24 for driving with a suspended license, according to Bannockburn Police reports. Police spotted Mackey turning onto Half Day Road without a front license plate and a temporary registration on the rear. After a check, police learned Mackey’s driver’s license was suspended. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5 in Park City.
