Police Arrest Driver of Counterfeit Suspect for License Violation

Lawrencio Hill, 20, of Milwaukee was arrested May 4 for driving on a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration, according to Deerfield Police reports. 

Hill was stopped by police as he was about to enter Interstate 94 at Waukegan Road because the passenger in his car was identified as a suspect who was trying to purchase merchandise with a counterfeit bill, according to the report. After the stop, police learned Hill’s license was suspended. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 3 p.m. June 4 in Park City.

Lara Martinez, 40, of Palatine was arrested May 10 for driving with a suspended license, according to Deerfield Police reports. After doing a random check on Martinez’s vehicle near the intersection of Lake Cook and Wilmot Roads, police discovered her license was suspended. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 3 p.m. June 18 in Park City. 

Napolian Galvan 28, of Elgin was arrested May 3 for driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and improper display of registration, according to Deerfield Police reports.

While on patrol at Wilmot Elementary School, police observed Galvan’s improper registration and made a stop, according to the report. Upon further investigation, police learned his license was suspended. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake Country Court at 1:30 p.m. May 21 in Park City.
