The victim told police the duffle bag containing shoes, prescription sunglasses, a jacket and other merchandise was taken from the car between 5 and 9 p.m. while he was participating in activities at the park, according to the report.
A wallet containing $1,000 cash and credit cards was taken between 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. May 12 from the console of an unlocked automobile parked at St. Gregory’s Episcopal Church, according to Deerfield Police reports. The victim was watching a baseball game near the church.
