Police Blotter: Floridian Picked Up for Outstanding Warrant

Giovanni Laslow Mitchell, 31, of Hallendale, FL, was arrested by Deerfield Police April 18 when officers determined he was wanted for outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court in Darien, IL, according to . 

Police spotted a Honda automobile in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn with three persons inside including Mitchell, according to the report. After doing the appropriate research, police concluded Mitchell was wanted for two outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court. 

Mitchell was processed and released from the Deerfield Police Station, according to the report.
