Residents Are Invited Saturday To Helicopter Golf Ball Drop

Prizes await residents whose golf balls make it to the winners circle

The 3rd Annual Helicopter Golf Ball Drop kicks off at 3:45 p.m. Saturday, promising prizes for those whose golf balls make it into the a winner's circle. 

Tickets are $10 for each ball. The golf balls have numbers on them that correspond to residents who bought the balls.

A helicopter hovering over a bullseye spot, called the winners circle, will drop the balls from about 100 feet above. The balls that make it closest to the circle wins.

Five prizes will be handed out. Residents are invited to watch the drop for free. Those who buy golf balls don't have to be present to claim their prizes. 

The event will take place at at Brickyards Park, off of Pfingsten road.
