Speeding Driver Arrested for DUI
The following arrest information was supplied by the Bannockburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Reynaldo Arroyo, 45, of Chicago was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment and speeding, according to Bannockburn Police reports.
Police clocked Arroyo driving 58 miles per hour in a 40-mile-per hour zone in the vicinity of Half Day Road and Wildwood Lane. After stopping him, police noticed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Arroyo failed a field sobriety test and did not take a breath test. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. August 28 in Waukegan.
