Two Men Arrested for Armed Robbery in Unincorporated Deerfield
Arrests warrants were issued Thursday, Feb. 28 for a Buffalo Grove man and a Wheeling man accused of an armed robbery that occurred in unincorporated Deerfield last July.
Irvin Vaysburg, 19, of the 1000 Block of Sheridan Rd. in Buffalo Grove, and Michael Swanson, 19, of the 100 Block of Wilshire Dr. in Wheeling, were arrested Thursday, Feb. 28 for an armed robbery that occurred at the Speedway Gas Station at 1010 Milwaukee Ave. in unincorporated Deerfield on July 2, 2012.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division obtained Class X Armed Robbery arrest warrants for Vaysburg and Swanson after working in collaboration with Wheeling Police Department. The warrants were served as part of the largest ever Lake County Warrants Sweep.
Vaysburg’s bond was set at $250,000. He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. March 4.

Swanson’s bond was set at $250,000. He is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m . March 25.
