In addition, Air One assisted us with a search from their helicopter, all with negative results. Our detectives are speaking with several of Joseph’s friends, family and contacts reference this case.

Joey is a 20-year old caucasian male, approximately 5’11," 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Joey was last seen wearing a black colored t-shirt with "ASAP Rocky" written on the front, over a gray or white colored hoodie, and blue jeans.

According to an e-mail sent to Patch from a friend of the missing young man, Frase called friends shortly after leaving a party, asking if they could pick him up. Frase told friends he was lost and cold.

Frase's friends said they drove around looking for him after he called, but did not find him.

Frase, who is employed at Anthony Buick & GMC in Gurnee, did not show up for work Monday nor did he retrieved his vehicle, friends reported.
