Vandals Gut Foreclosed Home

The following arrest information was supplied by the Deerfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft/Vandalism 

A bank owned foreclosed home in the 800 block of Brookside was vandalized and items removed April 22, according to Deerfield Police reports. 

Police were called to the house by the property manager of the bank which owns the building to investigate missing or damaged items, according to the report. Vent covers, cover plates, electrical outlets, light switches, toilets, shower hardware, shower plumbing, trim, molding, interior and closet doors, a Jacuzzi tub, light fixtures, bathroom mirrors, vanity sinks, exterior HVAC units were missing and the kitchen was stripped. Drywall and flooring were damaged.

Driver’s License Infractions 

Hector Manuel Tellez-Mondujeno, 29, of Mundelein was arrested April 20 for driving without a valid license and speeding, according to Deerfield Police reports

Police clocked Tellez-Mondujeno driving 59 miles per hour in a 45-mile-per-hour zone on Lake Cook Road between Wilmot Road and Pine Street, according to the report. After stopping him, police learned he did not have a valid license. He was released on bond and will appear n Lake County Court at 1:30 p.m. May 7 in Park City. 

Arkaduisz Gaisor, 23, of Chicago was arrested April 23 for driving without a valid license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, according to Deerfield Police reports. After a random check in the 200 block of Lake Cook Road, police learned Gaisor did not have a license. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 3 p.m. June 4 in Park City.
