Deerfield Area Boasts Most NBA Stars' Homes

Of the five players who own homes in the state, three live nearby.

When it comes to NBA players real estate, the Deerfield area is a slam dunk.

Of the five NBA players who own homes in Illinois, two are in Bannockburn and one is in Riverwoods, according to a state-by-state analysis by USA Today.

According to the article, Kirk Hinrich bought his Bannockburn home in 2007 for $4.4 million and Joakim Noah followed suit the next year when he bought his $1.5 million home. Jannero Pargo, who plays for Charlotte, bought a $2.25 million Riverwoods home in 2009.

Miami’s Dwayne Wade and Dallas’ Shawn Marion also own homes in the state.
