Anna and her “children” Chihuahua Oleg, Italian greyhounds Zuzia and Teddy stopped at Renu and asked us for a favor to make an announcement through our media sources. This is what they said.
Before we found our forever home and loving and beloved mama, we were taken care of by caring employees at Orphans of the Storm animal shelter. We will never forget how great they were. Today this Organization hosts their biggest fundraiser at Marriott Hotel in Lincolnshire. It is still not too late to attend. Call animal shelter in Riverwoods to find out the details. Also, please, remember – do not shop, adopt. At animal shelters you can find any breed of a dog you dream of. Those dogs will never forget what you did for them and will love you forever.
We would like to mention that this Sunday DHS has their annual LUNGevity Foundation Fund Raiser. Renu is among the sponsors. Anna plans to walk and Suzi will run. We do not think that dogs are invited but we are pretty young and hope that next year we might be included. Little dog parade can do the trick. Please, love yourself, your life and you four legged friends.
