We have the winner for our March Blog Contest - Ania Kalembasa. Here is her inspiring story:

Many people would say that their mom or sister inspires them, however, in my lifeit continues to be true that I often think of my grandmother as the biggest support and inspiration in my life. My grandmother like many eastern European grandmothers, traveled from Poland to watch over my and my older sister while my parentswere working away to make their American dream come true. I would have had a childhood without knowing what love is without my grandmother. Even though I know my parents never meant any harm, they just worked around the clock, I am incredibly blessed to had my grandmother to sing to me, to teach me to pray, to cook with me, help me with homework and to take the time to teach me to speak Polish. She taught me what love is and how to love even when life gets hard. My grandmother throughout my life would send love to people who hurt her the most, who did the most damage and who never once supported her. However, every morning and every night she would pray to God to send love their way. I today being in my late 20's find myself in difficult situations, moments where my patience is tested to very limit, however, I often reflect back and think about the love my grandma has for people and remind myself that all we need is love. She inspires me to be a better person. She inspires me to take a step back and appreciate the small things in life. The women that I believe is a human angel is my grandmother. I love her dearly.
