Secondly, the Bill of Right's is for the citizens, not members of the Military, like the Army National Guard, obviously.

City did nothing to stop Igor from combining two distinct properties. I am having a champagne lunch Wed. June 19, 11:30 to 1:30. Would love for you to come and see the house. Maybe that will change your mind.
