Students are launch a project Monday with a volunteer fair to get each student in the school to volunteer at least four hours of time to make the community a better place.
The students organizing the drive want to be as successful getting their schoolmates to donate their time as they were generous this winter raising more than $15,000. Two years ago the charity drive collected in excess of $5,000 and it was more than $10,000 last year.
The four hour time suggestion is one the students feel will equal their winter fundraising. They divided the money brought in by the minimum wage of $8.25 per hour and divided the answer by the school enrollment.

At Monday’s career fair, students will get a first-hand look at potential volunteer opportunities. All students who make the four hour goal will have their name put on a star to be mounted on a wall at Caruso.
