Deerfield Warriors Place 8th in National Tennis Tourney
The Warriors boys tennis team traveled to Louisville, Ky., this past weekend to compete in a national tournament.
The Deerfield High School Warriors boys tennis team placed eighth out of 16 teams at a weekend tournament in Louisville that included some of the best teams an players from across the country, reported the Chicago Tribune.
This was the third time the team has participated in the DecoTurf High School Tennis Team Championships in Kentucky. In 2011, the Warriors placed second, reported the Tribune.
