Feed Your Mind Wellness Presents Don’t Panic: An Informative Seminar Dedicated to Overcoming Anxiety

In celebration of her new book, How to Give Clients the Skills to Stop Panic Attacks, Sandra Scheinbaum, Ph.D., founder of Feed Your Mind Wellness proudly presents Don’t Panic!, an informative seminar dedicated to overcoming anxiety and preventing panic attacks. A former panic attack sufferer, Dr. Sandi will share her proven approach to relief from anxiety. Rooted in the philosophy of functional medicine, Dr. Sandi’s integrative approach includes breathing techniques, positive imagery, dietary changes, yoga, and other established techniques. Guests will be treated to a variety of healthy snacks, as well as the opportunity to purchase her new enlightening book to continue on the path to an anxiety-free life! Expect to leave this seminar with a better understanding of how to prevent panic, along with practical tools, exercises and motivational scripts to help you create positive change in your own life.
