Sept. 1 to 3 

The Final Score:  Deerfield 6, University Lake 0; Deerfield 2, Clayton (MO) 0; Deerfield 2, Barat Academy (St. Louis) 0. 

The Bottom Line:      The Warriors were undefeated and unscored upon in their flight of the sixth annual Gateway Tournament in St. Louis over the Labor Day weekend. The team was strong on both offense and defense giving 110 percent effort every minute, according to Coach Stacy Wood. 

Sept. 4 

Boys’ Golf 

The Final Score:  Deerfield 159, Maine East 209 

Warriors’ Star Performer:               Scott Boorstein paced Deerfield with a one-under par 35.

Other Notable Warrior Performances:       Ian Kelsey added a 38, Colin Davis shot 40, Eric Bagg carded a 40 while Jacob Krugman contributed 41.

Who’s Next:   The Warriors travel to Maine West at 4 p.m. today.
