Students representing six Deerfield schools took part in the Regional Spelling Feb. 27 at South Park Elementary School.

Deerfield Public Schools District 109 Superintendent Renee Goier was the master of ceremonies while judges were District 109 Board member Steve Schwartz, West Deerfield Township Supervisor Alyson Feiger and Deerfield Library Board Marla Dembitz.
