Spring Brings Music and Dance to DHS

Deerfield High School music and dance ensembles schedule performances in March and April.

Dance and music groups from Deerfield High School will be treating the public to performances a number of times in March and April.

Highlighting student, staff and guest artist choreography, the Deerfield High School Dance Class will perform at 7:30 p.m. March 19 in the Auditorium. There is no charge.

The next night, four instrumental music groups will join forces for a free concert at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. The symphonic band, concert band, jazz band and wind ensemble will all play.

There will be more dancing in April when the Deerfield High School Dance Company performs its original show, “Keep Me Posted” at 7:30 p.m. April 20 in the Auditorium. Tickets are $5 and go on sale at the school book store April 15. They are also available at the door.
