The Final Score: Glenbrook North defeated Deerfield, 25-20, 25-9.

The Bottom Line: Deerfield started out strong leading most of the first set before the Spartans won five of the last six points to take the opening round. The Glenbrook North dominated the second set taking advantage of Warrior rotations without scoring, according to Coach Eugene Chung.
