The Final Score: finished fifth in the Glenbrook North Sprint Invitational with 74 points.

Warriors Star Performers: won the 100-yard individual medley (55:07), took second in the 25 backstroke (12.92) and was part of the winning 100 medley relay team along with Chris Roberts, Mark Stern and Sean Scopliti. Ryan Church was the champion diver (396.25) and Roberts added the 25 freestyle title to his credit (10.65).
Other Notable Warrior Performances: Sean Scary grabbed second in the diving competition (384.15) while Stern placed third in the 25 butterfly (11.83) and fourth in the 100 butterfly (56.03).

Who’s Next: The Warriors travel to Main South for a dual meet at 5 p.m. Friday.
The Bottom Line: Solid performances by a number of Warriors helped propel them to a sixth place finish in a challenging competition.

The Final Score: Deerfield finished ninth in the Conant Invitational with 100.45 points.
Warriors Star Performer: hit the top 10 in every event including sixth all around (36.15), seventh on the balance beam (9.0), ninth in vault (9.2) and tenth in both floor exercize (9.25) and uneven parallel bars (8.7).
Who’s Next: The Warriors travel to Highland Park at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The Bottom Line: Stitcher continued to be a dominant force in girls’ gymnastics averaging a score better than nine in her all around performance on the strength of floor exercise (9.25) and balance beam (9.2).
